Auto-create profiles with Doorkeeper
Users can self-enrol using Doorkeeper, that is to submit their faces and other metadata themselves when first presented in front of Doorkeeper.
This is a flow that will naturally be given to all visitors when they approach Doorkeeper. Upon completion of this flow, a new profile for the user will be created in Nirovision containing all the data that have been entered during the onboarding process.
How to auto-create profiles with Doorkeeper
- The user approaches Doorkeeper for the first time.
- Doorkeeper will give the user a prompt to select their reason for visiting the site.
- Based on the option selected, the user will be onboarded where they will be required to provide one or more of these informations configured from Onboarding rules in the Web App:
- Name
- Phone number
- Email Address
- Address
- Once the information required has been entered, the onboarding flow is completed. Doorkeeper then checks to see if there are any Access rules (additional requirements), for the user prior to completing their check-in flow:
- Geolocation upon check in
- Additional surveys to be completed (these include induction surveys)
- Documentation that are required to be uploaded
- Host selection (if enabled).
- Upon completing their check-in flow, Doorkeeper then does a final check to see if the required informations are collected based on the above. If all was done correctly, Doorkeeper will finally give the user a checked in status.
- Upon checking in, a new profile will be automatically created in Nirovision for the corresponding user, within the profile it will contain all the informations recorded along with any additional documentations that may have been gathered (e.g. surveys or document uploads).
