You can pair a printer with one or more Doorkeepers, in order to print name badges for Visitors that come to your premises.
Badges can be printed for every registration, or for one or more labels.
Badges can include your company logo optionally.
The printer can be configured to print over WLAN, Bluetooth or manually entering the printer's IP address.
This document will show you how.
Currently, we only support:

Enable auto-reconnect settings on the printer, so Doorkeeper will automatically reconnect to it in the event of a temporary loss of power or connectivity.
On the printer, navigate to Menu > Bluetooth > Automatic Reconnection, and make sure it's turned on.
There are two parts to this setup.
First, you need to configure the printer to operate on your network.
Then you need to pair it to your Doorkeeper kiosk(s).
To print badges for check-ins, the printer must be on the same network as the iPad you have Nirovision Doorkeeper installed on.
On the badge printer, click Menu.
Scroll down to WLAN and click OK.
WLAN (On/Off) should be highlighted - click OK.
Scroll up to highlight On and click OK and then OK again.
Scroll down to highlight Network Mode and click OK.
Scroll down to highlight Infra/Direct Mode and click OK and then OK again.
Scroll down to highlight Infra Manual Settings and click OK.
The Label printer will search for available networks, highlight the correct network and click OK.
Enter the network password and click OK (to change between uppercase, lowercase, numbers and/or symbols click the Menu button).
The printer should now be connected to the network.
Open the Doorkeeper app.
Tap anywhere on the screen to bring up the Settings button, on the bottom left corner of your iPad. Tap on it.
Tap on 🖨 Printer to view the printer's settings:
Click on the Print Visitor Badges dropdown to decide whether to print labels for Any Identity or only for a subset of Selected Labels.
The same printer can be shared among one or more Doorkeeper terminals. Use the Only print for this doorkeeper toggle if you'd like to nominate an exclusive Doorkeeper unit to print badges.
You can optionally include your Company logo to badges with the use of the toggle.
Tap on Select Printer so Doorkeeper's network scanner looks for printers in your network (it may take a few seconds for your Printer to show up if your network is busy with devices). It will appear as Brother QL-820NWB
in the Printers Discovered on the Network section. Click on it to select it.
Tap on Printer Label Size to select the label you have in your printer (you will see a list of compatible label sizes)
After connecting the printer successfully, use the Print test button to generate a test label.
