Create check-in stopped alarm

⚠️ Based on the access rules configured for the location. Requires at least one Doorkeeper installed (Pro or Lite).

Doorkeeper will STOP individuals:

  • That belong to a group that has not been allowed access, as defined by the location's Access Rules.

  • Who present an elevated temperature or BAC, as defined in the location's General Config. Individuals will also be stopped if the thermometer or breathalyser is temporarily disconnected.

  • Who have submitted a document or file that requires approval, if they still have not been approved, as defined by the document template and the location's Access Rules.

  • Who provide an answer to a survey that has been flagged as stop-worthy (e.g. answering "no" to being briefed about emergency procedures on site), as defined by the survey template.

For customers running any of our workforce management integrations, such as Rapid Global or Linksafe, Doorkeeper will also STOP:

  • Non-compliant individuals, as defined in the third-party application.

  • Identities with an invalid third-party application ID.

STOP reasons are recorded in check-in records for reviews and audits.

STOPs can also trigger real-time alerts. This document will show you how to configure them, to know as soon as an issue occurs.
