Display your T&C and conditions of entry

Conditions of entry are a set of contract terms that a person accepts by entering your premises - usually displayed during sign-in situations to give notice of collection, gather consent and in some cases, a signature.

In Australia, conditions of entry are only binding if you can prove people had the chance to read and accept the terms before entry.

Nirovision surveys support many different field types, among which are two that are ideal to create clear T&C and register acceptance via signature:

  • A text body field that supports Markdown, perfect for formatted text.

  • A signature field that presents an entry box where people can draw their signature.
