Export Attendance

Export Attendance

The attendance view of your Activity is designed with two purposes in mind:

  • to help you know how many people were on your premises at a certain time,

  • and to learn about an individual's or group's total days on-site during a period of time.

You can export all available attendance data for a period of time, or filter it by:

  • Label or Person, to only export data from a specific identity or group of people.

  • Camera (Doorkeeper device), to only export registrations generated from one or more specific iPads.

You can also select whether to include IDs and custom metadata in your export, beyond choosing a start and end date/times. The Attendance report can also include a breakdown per day.

Once generated, the .csv file will contain all selected records, chronologically sorted.

Export Attendance

  1. On the Nirovision web app 🖥, navigate to Activity > Attendance to view your attendance data, raw or filtered with the help of the left-hand panel.

  2. Once the Activity view displays exactly what you'd like to export, click on the Export button right beneath the graph, in the right-hand corner of your screen. A window will pop up for you to define your .csv settings.

    1. Choose your preferred Start and End date and time range.

    2. Choose whether to include IDs and custom metadata fields in your export.

    3. When you're ready, click the "Continue" button in the bottom right corner of the pop-up. Generating the report may take a few moments, but the download should begin shortly.

  3. Click on the export button in the Attendance view.

Attendance can only be exported one month at a time.
