From recorded Activity

Leveraging the activity recorded by connected cameras and kiosks is a great way to move forward enrolling profiles.

This method is especially handy for one-off creations, but also to add faces to empty profiles imported from third-party systems or CSV files.

  1. On Mobile📱 or Web 🖥️, go to the Activity tab.

  2. Look for an event deemed a No Match.

  3. Click anywhere on the event to open the Detail view. Click the Edit button next to the No Match result.

    1. If you're not sure if the person in question is already enrolled, choose the Profiles option and search for them (beware of typos!).

    2. Choose Create Profile from the options on the left.

    3. Fill metadata fields as desired.

    4. Save your changes.

    5. A dialogue will ask you to confirm you want to include the selected face in the newly created identity. An alert will inform you if the chosen face is deemed to be of low quality. Click on Add face to proceed.

  4. Once this process is complete, you will be brought back to Activity view. The event will now display a Match against the newly created peofile, and will be visible in this person's profile.
