Prepare your data

Create Metadata Fields

Data fields only need to be created once, and they become available to every profile.

On the Web 🖥️ App

  1. On Web 🖥️ App, go to the top right corner, click on your account name > Settings > Company > Person profile.

  2. Navigate to the Metadata tab.

  3. Click the Add metadata field button.

  4. Enter the name of the field and choose a type. Once selected, field types cannot be changed.

    • Text

    • Number

    • Boolean (Yes/No)

    • Phone

    • Date

    • Time

  5. Click Create.

💡 Custom fields can be filled in manually, or programmatically synced from third-party systems through integration. If any of these fields are deleted, they will be removed from all identity profiles.

On the Mobile📱App

  1. On the mobile📱app, go to settings located on the bottom right corner of the navigation bar.
  2. Navigate to Identity template.
  3. Tap on Add field.
  4. Enter the name of the field and choose a type. Once selected, field types cannot be changed.
    1. Text
    2. Number
    3. Boolean (Yes/No)
    4. Phone
    5. Date
    6. Time
  5. Tap save to create your metadata field.
