Manage your devices

The Devices page allows you to:

  • View the Online/Offline status of all devices paired to Nirovision account (Doorkeepers, Cameras and Hubs). Nirovision polls for updates every 15 seconds, so this information is always up to date.

    • If there is at least one offline device, you'll see a red indicator 🔴 in the Company dropdown on the navigation bar.

    • If the hub or camera have been offline for over 30 minutes, you will also see a red banner in the web app.


  • Check the Doorkeeper application version installed on each device, and inform you of available updates.

    • If there is at least one Doorkeeper device running an outdated application version, you'll see a yellow indicator 🟡 in the Company dropdown on the navigation bar.

View the status of your Devices

  1. On the Nirovision Web 🖥️ app, click on the Company dropdown on the navigation bar, and click on Devices. If there is an offline or outdated device, you'll see a "Devices Offline" or "Out of date" indicators respectively.

  2. You'll arrive at a list of all the devices paired to Nirovision with their corresponding status.

Rename Devices

  1. On the Nirovision Web 🖥️ app, click on the Company dropdown on the navigation bar, and click on Devices.

  2. Click the Edit button next to the Device you would like to rename. A prompt will appear for you to edit the device's name.

  3. Type in the name of the device in the text box provided. When ready, click Save.


Check the Doorkeeper application version

  1. On the Nirovision Web 🖥️ app, click on the Company dropdown on the navigation bar, and click on Devices.

  2. Look for the Doorkeepers in question. An Out of Date yellow highlight will accompany devices running older versions of the application.
