Site-wide compliance is the ultimate goal. To help you get there, you can now focus your Activity view on Issues.
- Know how many non-compliant individuals have shown up to your premises.
- Know what documents, courses or checks were missing or failed.
- And learn if they have been resolved 🎉
Compliance issues can be captured via IP cameras or kiosks, and can include:
- Pending, expired or rejected surveys and documents (from Nirovision, but also from integrations like Rapid Global).
- Geolocation not provided or invalid.
- Missing hosts, or hosts that do not have a phone number on file.
- Elevated temperature or BAC checks.
Which of these events constitute issues is tied to the configured
access rules, that determine which requirements need to be followed by which group(s) of individuals.
This document shows you how to access and use the Issues view, to find all the information you need.
