Audit Issues

Audit Issues

Site-wide compliance is the ultimate goal. To help you get there, you can now focus your Activity view on Issues.
  1. Know how many non-compliant individuals have shown up to your premises.
  2. Know what documents, courses or checks were missing or failed.
  3. And learn if they have been resolved 🎉
Compliance issues can be captured via IP cameras or kiosks, and can include:
  1. Pending, expired or rejected surveys and documents (from Nirovision, but also from integrations like Rapid Global).
  2. Geolocation not provided or invalid.
  3. Missing hosts, or hosts that do not have a phone number on file.
  4. Elevated temperature or BAC checks.
  5. Integration-specific issues, for example, a Contractor Company not compliant.
  6. Configuration issues such as no access rule.
Which of these events constitute issues is tied to the configured access rules, that determine which requirements need to be followed by which group(s) of individuals.

This document shows you how to access and use the Issues view, to find all the information you need.

    3. total occurrences of each issue
    4. out of those occurrences, how many remained pending (unaddressed)
    5. out of those occurrences, how many were resolved
    6. number of people stopped for each issue

Issues in detail

When you click into any issue from the list, you will see a detail view of:
  1. A breakdown of people and occurrences, similar to the one included in the main view.
  2. A list of all the distinct individuals that experienced that issue.
  3. A timeline of occurrences, including a timestamp for each of them.

Filtering issues

In the Issues view you can filter the issues:
  1. Down to one location
  2. To one or more groups of people (using labels)
  3. To specific people (by typing in their name)
Like all other views of activity, you can also export a raw or filtered list of issues, and reorder the view's columns.
