Export Profiles

Export Profiles

Profiles stored securely in Nirovision can be reviewed and managed using our applications.

Profiles can also be exported to a .CSV file at a moment's notice for record-keeping purposes and audits. The .CSV file will contain all onboarding fields available, labels, metadata fields and created and last updated timestamps. CSV exports do not contain profile images, as they cannot be exported from our platform.

You can export all profiles, or a subset of them filtering it by:
  1. Label: To only export a set of specific people using one or more labels assigned to their profiles.
  2. Metadata: To only export unnamed or unlabelled profiles.
  3. Status: To only export Active or Disabled profiles.
  4. Faces: To only export profiles with or without faces.

Export Profiles

  1. On the Nirovision web app ðŸ–¥, navigate to Profiles.
    1. Use one or more filters on the left to narrow down your data.
    2. You can also export raw data by leaving all filters unselected.
  2. Once the profiles view displays exactly what you'd like to export, click on the Export button. A window will pop up for you to confirm the export, and the download should start shortly.
